Return & Refund Policy – Gleam Case
Overview At Gleam Case, we want you to love your glowing quicksand phone case! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our policy below carefully. This applies to all orders shipped to the United States.
Return Window
- You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date (as shown on your tracking information).
- Requests after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Personalized or custom items (if any) are generally non-returnable unless defective.
- Our quicksand cases are novelty items – minor variations in glow, liquid movement, or glitter distribution are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Types of Returns

Change of Mind / Non-Defective Items
- Accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original condition.
- You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping costs to our designated address (we'll provide instructions upon approval).
- Refunds will be issued for the product price only (excluding original shipping fees, duties, or taxes).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 5–10 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
- If your case arrives damaged, defective (e.g., doesn't glow properly, leaking liquid, wrong model), or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue and packaging.
- For low-value items like ours, we often use a returnless refund policy: We'll issue a full refund (or replacement if preferred) without requiring you to ship the item back – just keep or recycle it! This saves time and hassle.
- In some cases, we may request the item be returned (we'll cover return shipping with a prepaid label if approved).
- Refunds or replacements processed within 7–14 business days after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "final sale" or heavily discounted (if applicable).
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Any item returned without prior approval or outside the 30-day window.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval (plus your bank's processing time, up to 10 additional days).
- Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable (as these are handled by carriers and US Customs – see our Shipping Policy for details).
- If a partial refund is issued (e.g., for minor issues), we'll communicate clearly.
How to Start a Return or Refund Request

- Provide your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief explanation.
- We'll review and respond within 48 hours with approval, instructions, or next steps (e.g., return address, prepaid label if needed).
- Do not ship anything back without our approval – unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
Important Notes
- International shipping (from China to US) can sometimes cause minor cosmetic issues due to transit – these are not considered defects.
- We pack every order with care, but if damage occurs, we'll make it right quickly!
