Shipping Policy – Gleam Case

Shipping Origin & Destinations Gleam Case glowing quicksand phone cases are sourced from trusted international partners and shipped from China. We ship worldwide, with optimized fast delivery to the United States (including all 50 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are hand-prepared and handed off to our carrier within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Most orders ship in 1–3 days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times to the United States We use reliable, optimized carriers for US deliveries, with LuWei Ordinary US as our primary method for lightweight, ordinary products like our quicksand cases.

  • LuWei Ordinary US (default & recommended):
    • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after shipping (most packages arrive in 7–10 days).
    • Full tracking provided for easy monitoring.
  • Express/Upgrade Options (if available at checkout):
    • Faster services (e.g., similar to YunExpress or DHL): 4–10 business days (additional cost may apply).

Important Notes on Delivery Times These are carrier estimates based on historical data and recent performance for similar products. Actual delivery can vary due to customs processing, carrier volume, weather, holidays (e.g., peak seasons or Chinese New Year impacts), or other factors beyond our control. We aim for the fastest possible transit and provide tracking so you can follow your order in real time.

Shipping Costs / Free Shipping

  • Gleam Case offers FREE SHIPPING to the United States on all orders!
  • No additional shipping fees will appear at checkout – the cost is included in our product prices so you pay only for the glowing quicksand cases themselves.
  • This applies to our standard LuWei Ordinary US method (estimated 5–12 business days).
  • For faster delivery, express upgrade options may be available at an additional cost during checkout (if selected).
  • Note: Free shipping does not include any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by US authorities (see Customs section below). These remain the buyer's responsibility.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Important for US Buyers) All orders ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis:

  • The buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, or additional costs imposed by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
  • Our quicksand cases are small, lightweight, and low-value items, so most orders qualify for duty-free entry under current US de minimis rules (generally for shipments under $800). Extra fees are uncommon but possible depending on value, state regulations, or random inspections.
  • Gleam Case has no control over these fees and is not responsible for them or any related delays. We recommend using online estimators (like SimplyDuty or US CBP tools) if you're concerned about potential costs.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • Track directly on the carrier's website or use universal tools like 17track.net for updates.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages If your package is significantly delayed beyond estimates or appears lost, contact us within 45 days of the estimated delivery window. We'll assist with carrier inquiries and claims where possible (international shipping has some inherent risks, but we work to resolve issues quickly).

Additional Information

  • We pack every Gleam Case with extra protection (bubble wrap, secure boxing) to ensure it arrives glowing brightly and undamaged!
